    1. On February 23, 2018, two 55 gallon drums of sodium hypochlorite 12.5% solution were dropped into Buffalo Bayou when a pallet broke during loading operations. Drums reported to be intact, divers will salvage. NOAA SSC provided hazmat information to Sector Houston-Galveston IMD.
    2. THREAT: CHEMICAL. COMMODITY: SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE 12.5% SOLUTION. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 110 GALLONS.
