    1. The afternoon of December 12 at about 1500 HST, a DOD-contracted aircraft crashed approximately two miles off the reef runway on the south shore of Oahu, Hawaii. The aircraft was reported to be carrying 900 gallons of fuel. An assessment of whether fuel or aircraft debris could impact shorelines was requested.
