   1. At approximately 1600hrs PST, NOAA ERD was notified of a jet fuel spill at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA. Preliminary reports are that 2,500 gallons of JP-5 was released into containment around the ship USS Abraham Lincoln while at the dock.
