    1. The M/V Brali was anchored at 41deg 11'N, 72deg 53'W (4 nautical miles south-southeast of Lighthouse Pt, New Haven, Connecticut) and carrying 4,623 barrels of unleaded gasoline. Cracks were found in the vessel tanks with product in the void spaces, however, no product was leaking into the environment. The vessel was lightered and sent for repairs.
