1. This afternoon NOAA SSC Charlie Henry was notified of a barge - tug collion upstream of New Orleans on the Miss. River. The barge carrying 1500 metric tons (450,000 gallons) of lube oil was damaged but did not lose any oil. It is now at the ACL dock at mm 107.
