    1. On August 8, 2020, the USCG contacted the NOAA SSC for support on a sunken fishing vessel. The USCG MSD Kodiak is providing oversight in response to the fishing vessel HANTA YO, sunken or partially sunken, 45-foot aluminum-hulled, in the vicinity of Uyak Bay. Planned response actions are pending, the owner is working with his insurance company to work through removing the 200 gallons of diesel fuel from the vessel. MSD Kodiak has requested NOAA SSC stand by and provide phone support with regard to potential trust resource concerns in the vicinity.
