During a transfer operation, TDI is thought to have reacted with water in a hose resulting in a hose failure and spill of 150 gallons onto the deck.
    2. THREAT: CHEMICAL. COMMODITY: TOLUENE DIISOCYNATE (TDI). MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 150 GALLONS.
    3. POSITION 30.186N 091.012W. NOAA INCIDENTNEWS 7922: https://incidentnews.noaa.gov/incident/7922

Not for navigation. The name is read automatically from official navigational warnings; a common name can belong to more than one ship, and a message may describe work the vessel is doing (cable, survey) rather than something that happened to it. Mariners must use official NAVAREA broadcasts and their national MSI service.
