   1. On Sunday evening, 2 Nov. 2008, the Tug LIL SUSAN S was reported to have grounded two barges in tow near Light 20 in Bolivar Roads, TX. The reported cargo is “light cycle oil.” The USCG contacted the NOAA Scientific Support Coordinator at 1930 hrs the same evening and requested tidal information, natural resources at risk information, and a trajectory analysis should there be a release.
