    1. At 0700 hours on January 15, 1998, the tug Neil McAllistar struck the tank barge Gregory near Sewalls Point in the Port of Hampton Roads. The Gregory contained 31,000 gallons of gasoline. There was some damage to the Gregory, however; there was no release of gasoline. USCG district 5. Keyword: potential.
