THE VESSEL ORIGINALLY GROUNDED APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS AGO IN CULTUS BAY, WHIDBY ISLAND. A TOTAL OF 12,000 GALLONS OF DIESEL OIL IS ESTIMATED TO BE ON BOARD WITH A LOSS SO FAR OF 2-3,000 GALLONS. THE COAST GUARD HAS REQUESTED A TRAJECTORY AND RISK ASSESSMENT. CALLS HAVE BEEN PLACED TO CLIFF BOSLEY, FWS, CHRIS DRIVDAHL, WA DEPT.
