There has been no evidence of a discharge. Vessel is in the same general area as a grounded rec vessel also reported this morning. Phone support provided.

Not for navigation. The name is read automatically from official navigational warnings; a common name can belong to more than one ship, and a message may describe work the vessel is doing (cable, survey) rather than something that happened to it. Mariners must use official NAVAREA broadcasts and their national MSI service.
