1. On June 4, 2019, the USCG IMD notified of a galley fire aboard the M/V SUN OF MAN while moored at pier 9 in Venice Marina. The Plaquemines Parish fire department responded and extinguished the fire. As a result of the fire, an estimated 30 gallons of diesel fuel were discharged overboard.
