   231900Z TO 251900Z AUG. THIS INCLUDES THE RECEPTION OF DISTRESS,
   URGENCY AND SAFETY MESSAGES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM SEARCH AND
   RESCUE REGION AND THE TRANSMISSION OF MARITIME SAFETY INFORMATION
   (VHF AND MF) BUT NOT NAVTEX. DISTRESS, URGENCY AND SAFETY TRAFFIC
