RADIO SERVICES.
1. U.S. COAST GUARD CAMSPAC TRANSMITTERS WILL
   BE UNABLE TO CHANGE FREQUENCIES ON THEIR
   HF TRANSMITTERS 251500Z TO 251900Z FEB.
   DUE TO UPGRADE CAMSPAC WILL NOT BE ABLE TO
   TRANSMIT IT'S SCHEDULED 1630Z C-VOBRA BROADCAST
   ON 8, 13 AND 17 MHZ. CAMSPAC'S RECEIVING
   CAPABILITIES WILL BE UNAFFECTED AND CAMSPAC
   WILL BE ABLE TO RESTORE ALL TRANSMIT
   CAPABILITIES IN THE EVENT OF DISTRESS.
