1. On 17 November, 2019, the USCG Sector North Carolina notified the NOAA SSC that they were responding to the allision of the tugboat, Miss Bonnie with the Old Bonner Bridge in Oregon Inlet. The incident occurred around noontime today. The tugboat has an estimated 2,000 gallons of diesel fuel on board.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL FUEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 500 GALLONS.
