CFV PHUONG MAI St Mary's Ga; Camden County, GA, USA.
Camden County, GA, USA.
1. On August 20, 2020, the 40-ft. fishing vessel Phuong Mai ran aground and sank in St. Mary's Inlet, GA. The fishing gear was deployed at the time of the sinking. The USCG Sector Jacksonville requested an Incident Specific RRT call to determine the best course of action for the disposal of the marine debris and ensuring the channel to King's Bay Naval base remains unobstructed.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 100 GALLONS.
