On April 25, 2021, the USCG Sector Miami contacted the ORR duty officer to request a trajectory for the M/V Pepin Express. The vessel had lost power and was adrift 15 miles of Pompano Beach, FL with reportedly 10000 gallons of diesel fuel on board. 2. THREAT: OIL. 3. POSITION 26.184N 079.858W.
