On August 25, 2021, the USCG Sector Northern New England, in partnership with Maine DEP is working an approximately 500 gallon spill from an auto repair facility that flowed through a storm drain into Casco Bay off South Portland, ME. The source has been identified and is secured. 2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 500 GALLONS. 3. POSITION 43.643N 070.227W.
