Small Spill from Recreational Vessel near Bay St Louis, MS.

1. On 28 JAN 2022, USCG Sector Mobile contacted the NOAA SSC regarding a minor discharge of diesel from a recreational vessel (35ft cabin cruiser) in Breath Bayou near Bay St. Louis, MS. USCG was notified of the incident after MDEQ (state) discovered and boom off the vessel. The vessel has subsequently been refloated and towed offsite. No further action planned or support is requested at this time.
