Spill from Container Vessel, South Side of Dodge Island, Miami, FL. Miami, FL, USA. 1. Reports of bathers on Miami Beach getting oil on them were received on 13 August. Additionally, tarballs were reported on the beach about 5 miles north of Government Cut.
