Beech C90 King Air airplane crash, Hawaii. Hawaii. 1. On December 15, 2022, a Beech C90 King Air airplane crashed into the ocean between Hawaii and Maui. The NTSB is investigating the accident. Through radar information and an eyewitness in another airplane, NTSB has established the likely crash location. The NTSB has asked for assistance with any information on the actual depths near this location and the likely ocean current history from the time of the accident forward a few hours. 2.
