1. At 0830 on 6 July 2023, USCG Sector New York notified the NOAA SSC that on the evening of 5 July, a fire broke out aboard the car carrier, Grande Coasta d'Avorio, while docked in Port Newark. USCG requested a trajectory, resources at risk and hazard analysis support from the NOAA SSC.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: PETROLEUM OILS. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 0 GALLONS.
