1. On December 7, 2023, the USCG Sector SE New England contacted the NOAA SSC with regards to a sailboat that is aground off Plymouth, MA. The vessel has approximately 150 gallons of diesel fuel on board. The vessel is not leaking but trajectory and resources at risk information was requested.
2. THREAT: OIL.
