Diesel Discharge; Kwigillingok, AK. Kwigillingok, AK 99622, USA. 1. On February 9, 2024, the USCG Sector Anchorage contacted the AK SSC regarding a spill in Kwigillingok, AK. Preliminary reports show that 2000K gallons of diesel have been discharged into secondary containment, but USCG is awaiting more details and the full potential amount. Sector Anchorage is requesting a list of resources at risk in that area for this time of year in case there is an impact the coastal zone. 2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL.
