1. A sunken vessel began leaking with a potential of 20,000 gallons of diesel/bunkering oil onboard. The sunken vessel is former destroyer escort which was partially disassembled and used to hold fuel offloaded from aircraft carrier coral sea in late 1990's during coral sea's disassembly. The company disassembling both vessels went bankrupt. Sunken vessels has been abandoned since 1997. No responsible party.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL, ASBESTOS, DEBRIS. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 20000 GALLONS.
