Diesel Spill at East Harbor Marina; Patapsco River, Maryland. 797G+J9 Baltimore, MD, USA. 1. At 5:30am on 5 June 2025, USCG Sector Maryland notified the NOAA SSC that they were responding to a diesel fuel spill in the Patapsco River, Maryland. Sector requested information on resources at risk and recommendations on clean-up methods. 2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL FUEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 5000 GALLONS. 3.
