1. USCG Sector San Diego notified the NOAA SSC of a private plane that crashed at 3:32 p.m. Pacific Time approximately 3 nautical miles off Point Loma, California. USCG requested an assessment of the trajectory and persistence of the released fuel.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: JET FUEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 213 GALLONS.
