2. THREAT: CHEMICAL. COMMODITY: DIETHANOLAMINE (30-35%)  CAS 000111422, 2,2-METHYLIMINODIETHANOL (55-60%) CAS 000105599, AND WATER (10%). MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 420 GALLONS.
