1. MSO San Francisco received a report of an unknown amount of diesel fuel released from a broken 14-inch subterranean pipeline in the vicinity of Suisun Slough, Solano County, CA. MSO personnel responded and observed oil seeping into the Suisun Marsh.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 1000000 GALLONS. TAGS: PIPELINE.
