LA.
1. On December 16, 2004 t an oil spill occured in Green Canyon Block 645, approximately 100 miles offshore, south of Terrebonne Bay, LA. The source appeared to be subsurface. Quantity and cause unknown.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: UNSPECIFIED OIL.
