1. Sector Portland reported that at approximately 1400 Friday November 11 the 60 foot crabbing vessel F/V Bold Contender was floating upside down about 2 nm offshore of Depoe Bay at Cape Foulweather with a potential of 6000 gallons of diesel and 300 gallons of hydraulic oil onboard.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL FUEL AND HYDRAULIC OIL . MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 6300 GALLONS. TAGS: ADRIFT.
