1. The F/V Relentless disappeared on June 21, 2004 and is presumed sunk. NOAA NMSP has requested advice regarding a search area for the vessel based on the USCG Marine Investigator Report and the USCG Report on the Investigation into the Circumstances Surrounding the Incident.
2. THREAT: OTHER. COMMODITY: DIESEL FUEL / MAYBE MARINE DEBRIS.
