1. The offshore vessel "Gulf Dream" sunk at approximately 1925 hours on July 25 outside Main Pass, SE of Brenton Island.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL & LUBE OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 16000 GALLONS.
