1. On December 20, 1985 the facilities manager of Union Oil Company, San Luis Obispo, notified the U.S. Coast Guard Marine Safety Office (MSO), Alameda, that approximately 250 barrels of crude oil had spilled as a result of a pipeline rupture. USCG district 11.
2. COMMODITY: CRUDE OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 10500 GALLONS.
