1. A U.S. Navy helicopter spotted a heavy black oil slick approximately 2.5 miles off the coast of Patrick Air Force Base at Cape Canaveral, Florida. The slick measured approximately 500 feet by 1,000 feet. There were no vessels in the area when the slick was discovered. USCG district 1.
2. COMMODITY: HEAVY BLACK OIL.
