1. On March 8, 1989, three Southern Pacific Railroad tank cars derailed near a slough immediately adjacent to the railroad tracks in Martinez, California. The gasoline line ruptured into the slough, spilling butane, propane, and gasoline. USCG district 12.
2. COMMODITY: BUTANE, PROPANE, GASOLINE.
