1. On March 6, 1988 the fishing vessel Libby, carrying an estimated 2,500 gallons of diesel fuel was reported aground off the jetty of Old Harbor, Block Island, Rhode Island. Initial attempts to refloat the 70-foot wood fishing vessel failed. USCG district 1.
2. COMMODITY: DIESEL FUEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 2500 GALLONS.
