1. On July 28, 1988, the Sea Land container ship DISCOVERY ran hard aground in San Juan Harbor between buoys 6 and 8. On board the cargo included containers of hazardous materials such as poisons, flammable liquids and corrosives among others as well as over 18,200 barrels of marine diesel. USCG district 7.
2. COMMODITY: FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS, CORROSIVES, MARINE DIESEL.
