1. On August 5, 1988, the U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port (COTP), Boston, received a report that a fire at Dyers Dry Cleaning, Inc. had resulted in the release of approximately 500 gallons of tetrachloroethylene (TCE) into the Cohasset sewer system. USCG district 1.
2. COMMODITY: TETRACHLOROETHYLENE (TCE). MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 500 GALLONS.
