1. On June 15, 1989, the U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port of Philadelphia was notified that a shipping freight container had leaked about ten gallons of 2-methoxy acetic acid onto a dock in Chester. USCG district 1.
2. COMMODITY: 2-METHOXY ACETIC ACID. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 10 GALLONS.
