1. The tank barge BOUCHARD 125 ran aground on Execution Rocks, north-northwest of Sands Point in Long Island Sound. Approximately 1,000 gallons of #2 oil was spilled, causing a slick about 1 mile long and 1/2 mile wide. USCG district 1.
2. COMMODITY: #2 OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 1000 GALLONS.
