1. On October 19, 1990, the tank vessel PROBO GULL grounded in the Delaware River near Mantua Creek with 250,000 barrels of #2 oil onboard. The starboard stern section was stuck in the mud bottom. USCG district 1.
2. COMMODITY: #2 OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 10500000 GALLONS.
