1. On April 15, 1994, the F/V Rapture of the Deep, moored at Hatteras Harbor Marina, Hatteras Village, North Carolina, discharged approximately 100 gallons of waste oil into Pamlico Sound. USCG district 5. Keyword: sorbent boom, sorbent pads.
