1. A mystery spill in the Elizabeth River, the Port of Hampton Roads, was reported to MSO Hampton Roads 1700 hours August 17, 1994. The mystery slick was 100 feet by 40 feet near Moon Engineering, Portsmouth, Virginia. USCG district 5. Keyword: sorbent pads.
2. COMMODITY: DIESEL FUEL.
