1. On January 12, 1997, MSO Hampton Roads received a report from the C/V Almeria Lykes that the crew had detected a chemical odor coming from the cargo hold #4 vent. The vessel was scheduled to arrive at the Norfolk International Terminal, Norfolk,Virginia on January 19. USCG district 5. Keyword: none.
