1. On May 23, 1997, MSO Hampton Roads received a report of a mystery spill. A USCG 41-foot patrol boat reported a heavy brown substance with the smell of diesel coming from the southeast corner of the Bravo Anchorage where three vessels were anchored. The anchorage is off Lynnhaven Inlet, just west of Cape Henry in the Port of Hampton Roads. USCG district 5. Keyword: none.
