1. On 15FEB99 NOAA Hazmat was notified that the barge SEASPAN RIGGER had lost 20 to 40 bundles of logs 35 miles west of Cape Spencer, AK. The loss occurred in a storm. USCG district 17.
2. COMMODITY: LOGS.
