FV Paul C.; Crescent City, CA. Crescent City, CA. 1. At approximately 0500 PST on 15DEC99, the F/V Paul C. hit some rocks outside of Crescent City harbor. The allision occured near Steamboat Rock, at approximately 41? 41.3'N, 124? 12' W, and the vessel soon lost most of the estimated 1800 gallons of diesel onboard. USCG district 11. 2.
