1. USCG reported at 0730 that the F/V Miss Cindy II was sinking at pos36-53.8N; 081-18.3W, 10 miles off Cumberland Island,Ga. Total fuel on board was reported as 350 gallons of diesel. Weather is reported to be 15 knots and seas of 2-4 feet. A sheen was reported.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 350 GALLONS.
