1. USCG was notified at 10AM local that a 70 foot fiberglass vessel sank just south of the north jetty at Winyay Bay, SC with 1000 gallons of diesel fuel on board. A sheen is reported as up to a mile long but breaking up.
2. THREAT: OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 1000 GALLONS.
