M/V Ceci; Winyah Bay, SC. Winyah Bay, SC. 1. USCG was notified at 10AM local that a 70 foot fiberglass vessel sank just south of the north jetty at Winyay Bay, SC with 1000 gallons of diesel fuel on board. A sheen is reported as up to a mile long but breaking up. 2. THREAT: OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 1000 GALLONS. 3. POSITION 32.201N 079.165W.
